Jim's Robinson R22 SN# 7 on the compass rose at Albuquerque on the way home from California.  Fairfield designed the main rotor gears and made prototypes.  Production was given to Arrow Gear after a Fairfield Official decided the company would not make aircraft parts.

The R22 went on to become the best selling aircraft beating out all other airplanes and helicopters
